Training course “Inclusion of different abilities’ youngsters through NFE and youth work” targets youth workers experienced in general NFE principles and methodology, with a bigger focus on needs and inclusion of youngsters with disability in general NFE activities, as well as those that include the adaptation of sport methodology in youth work.

Youth workers, participants of the TC, will:

• learn more about different practices in other countries when it comes to inclusion of disabilities through youth (sport) work
• further develop their competencies in the adaptation of sport methods for inclusion of youngsters with disabilities and in organising creative youth sport work events 
• develop local/national workshops for youth workers and youngsters in their communities and organise national youth sport work events for inclusion of different abilities’ youngsters
• get some insight into inter-sectoral cooperation and hopefully motivation to work on new cooperation with public institutions within the project topics
• be inspired and motivated by other participants and this event to get more active in sending organisations and communities afterwards regarding the youth sport work for inclusion.

• Group building activities
• Country realities on social inclusion of young people with disabilities
• Reflections about key concepts and terms (disability, inclusion, rights…)
• Non-formal education as an opportunity for inclusion
• Exchanging sport methods and games from our countries – using sport methodology in youth work
  Innovation and Creativity skills when adapting sport methodology in youth work
  How to adapt your NFE activities in order to make them accessible for young people with disabilities
• Sharing positive practices from our local communities
• Walking exhibit of works presenting positive practices
• Development of NFE inclusive workshops
• Simulation of developed workshops
